One free replacement, on us.
Within your first year, if your gear develops a defect — manufacturing or otherwise — we'll replace it once at no cost. After that first replacement, replacements in year one are 50% off + you cover shipping.
20% off, forever.
After year one, your gear is still covered. All replacements are 20% off the current price and you cover shipping. No expiration — as long as the item is in our catalog, the discount stands.
More than just defects.
Manufacturing defects are a given. But we also cover wear and tear that happens faster than it should — fabric pilling, seam separation, print cracking, or unexpected color fading within the first year of normal use.
